We run Chicago Python Workshops to bring more women into the Chicago Python community. Questions? mail to cpw-staff@lists.openhatch.org

Current Status

When we first ran these, there were no workshops like this happening in Chicago. These days there are many groups, including Chicago PyLadies, that regularly run introductory workshops as well as more advanced classes. This is why we haven't run a workshop in a while, and I'm actually happy about that because it shows how much things have changed.

- Python Office Hours, Every other Wednesday, check the Pumping Station: One event calendar
- Not Exclusively Raspberry Pi, Bi-weekly, Monday, 7pm-9pm, check the Pumping Station: One event calendar and meetup description to see there's a python topic
Chicago Djangonauts mailing list, They meet periodically to discuss the django framework. Join the mailing list to get meeting announcements.
