OpenHatch had applied to participate in [[GSoC/2011|Google Summer of Code 2011]] under the [http://wiki.python.org/moin/SummerOfCode/2011 Python Software Foundation umbrella].
 
 
EDIT: Unfortunately we didn't make it this year, but we have 2 options for next year - Applying on our own or joining GSoc under the Django umbrella.
